IBM plans to add 15,000 new jobs worldwide. That includes 4,500 positions in the United States.
The computer company's business is surging. Along with the jobs, IBM is also investing heavily in hi-tech training.
One spokesman says $200 million will be spent teaching people so-called "hot skills" in information technology.
The new positions will push the IBM payroll to nearly 330,000 workers. That's the largest workforce at the company since 1991.
