A Riverview Elementary teacher was attacked and sexually assaulted as she left the school Wednesday night.
Sheriff's Department detectives are looking for neighbors or witnesses who may have seen a car or person in the area around 5:50 that night.
The suspect is described as a male, average build around 5'8” or 5'9”. If you have any information, call Winnebago County sheriff's police at 987-5940.
The Sheriff's Department will be working with Beloit police to provide extra patrols around the school.
