A tanker flipped off a bridge on interstate 95 south of Baltimore, Maryland earlier Tuesday, landing on vehicles below the bridge.
The crash killed two people and closed a busy section of I-95.
It also started a massive fire that's giving off heavy, white smoke visible from the nearby Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
