Police investigate a bomb threat at Hononegah High School, a threat that forced the evacuation of hundreds of students earlier Thursday.
Around 11:30 Thursday morning two students found a bomb threat in the girl's bathroom. It said the school would blow up at 11:45 Thursday.
School leaders quickly evacuated students as police searched the building and vehicles. No evidence of a bomb was uncovered and no one was injured. However, it caused a major disruption for students and teachers.
Students will be back in school Friday, but it's been a rough start to the school year for Hononegah students, from a teacher strike to allegations of sexual assaults and now another bomb scare
This is the second bomb scare at Hononegah in less than a month. In November a student was arrested for threatening to bomb the school
