Forty-six-year-old John Tidwell was hit by a car and run over on Preston Street when he was seeking cover during a shooting.
Police have arrested 23-year-old Ahmed Mubarek, also known as Robert Bigg, Jr. He is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm. His bond is set at o$1 million.
Authorities are looking for 19-year-old Antonio Dixon in connection with this incident.
