A Carroll County man dies after the tractor he was operating rolled over onto him... killing the 54 year old man.

A Carroll County man dies after the tractor he was operating rolled over onto him... killing the 54 year old man.
Carroll county authorities identified the victim as Myron e. Richter of Milledgeville. The incident happened along ogle road in rural Milledgeville around 11:15 this morning. Richter was taken by ambulance to CGH medical center in sterling where he was pronounced dead. The Carroll and Whiteside county sheriff offices are investigating.
