I know the Cardino Couple and they are good people and a good friend. When you catch the killer, please send him over here in the Philippines so that I can cut his balls and feed to the Philippne crocodiles. This killer must be put to the Electric chairs or better yet, "chop" every parts of his body and mix it with the linguine sauce and feed it to the shark. Justice must be done for the Cardino Family.. I pray for the family.

I feel its very scary and so sad that these ederly people work hard all their lives to be struck down by a cold blooded killer- who most likey was looking for drug money. None of us are safe. Its wrong and I feel that Rockford Police Dept should hire more officers. This hug a thug is a poor excuse to keep the drug dealers and user on the streets. ADDRESS THE PROBLEM: STOP BABYING DRUG PUSHERS_ USERS & THUGS! PUT THEN WHERE THEY BELONG! 23 TEAM KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Like most of these people they are cowards who like nothing more to complain about the news. They should look at themselves. Its NOT 23 Teams to go after the Killer- Its the Rockford Police Dept.

WIFR needs to get with it. First and only news crew on the scene, yet you have NO info on the murders. The neighborhood is in an absolute uproar and you still have last nights news posted here. The names of the victims were released awhile ago, the cops are canvassing the WHOLE area. GET ON IT if you still want to call yourself the best, right now Im only seeing the laziest and least informed. EDITOR'S NOTE: 23 News was aware of the names of the victims from unofficial sources. However, we chose not to air or publish them until official notification was given. (This was not until about 4:30pm.) This makes sure there is no misidentification and that the family has been notified before it goes public.
