Rockford Man Returned to Face Murder Charges
A Rockford man who investigators say shot his wife and then fled to northern Wisconsin, was in a Winnebago County court Tuesday, facing first degree murder charges. 65 year old Thomas McFeggan is accused of shooting his wife, 62 year old Carol McFeggan in the head.

A Rockford man who investigators say shot his wife and then fled to northern Wisconsin, was in a Winnebago County court Tuesday, facing first degree murder charges. 65 year old Thomas McFeggan is accused of shooting his wife, 62 year old Carol McFeggan in the head. He was discovered at a campground in Wisconsin last week, arrested and extradited back to Rockford Monday. A judge Tuesday revoked his bond and ordered him held in the Winnebago County Jail.
