Results are in from the holiday road side safety checks, and they're not good.
Beginning on Friday, July 3rd to Sunday,75 citations were given out to stateline drivers. Eight of those were D-U-I's, 14 didn't have a valid drivers license, Six were un-insured,more than a dozens weren't buckled up, and nearly a 12 drivers were cited for either having drugs or alcohol in their vehicles.
Illinois State Police stopped vehicles in South Beloit and Rockford.
