Just like Alice said I am not going down without a fight. I have to get back with Alice because the HOPE NOW ALLIANCE is only a referral agency. They did their job. They referred me to Beloit Housing Services and they are the one's who dropped the ball, avoiding my calls and putting me off until foreclosure started. She blatantly lied about several issues. She still has yet to return my calls regarding the issues I feel she was dishonest about. I have started a letter that I intend to send to several government representatives. I feel I was cheated out of a chance to recover from this economic crisis of which I see ads claiming the government has passed laws to prevent the homeowner from enduring the foreclosure process. What I don't see in these ads is that the bank does not have to participate. I will keep posting on my progress. I only hope I will be able to help others with my efforts. I will also be checking out the websites you guys mentioned below. Thanks a bunch.

Check out www.obamamortgage2009.blogspot.com or obamamortgage2009.blogspot.com There needs to be a program for the elderly but not quite to retirement age for mortgage modification when the have lost their job during this particular recession. I made a decent wage because I put my time into a company and now have no job. I am looking at $10 - to $12 hr jobs after working all my life. You can't make a mortgage payment on that kind of money. I will eventually lose my home.
