A car accident with a fertilizer sprayer sends a 17-year-old Stockton teen to the hospital. A little before 6 p.m. Tuesday night, the Jo Daviess County Sheriff's Department responded to a carsh on S. Simmons Road.
Police say a fertilizer sprayer driven by 32-year-old David Janssen of Pearl City backed into Courtney Schamberger's car, dragging it into a ditch before the car separated from the sprayer. Schamberger was transported to FHN in Freeport for her injuries.
There's no word if her injuries were life-threatening and the accident is still under investigation.
