Belvidere Man Convicted of Armed Violence
28 Year Old Brandon M. Bagnuolo of Belvidere was found guilty of stabbing Marlon Malli in his back and ribs on December 3, 2008.

28 Year Old Brandon M. Bagnuolo of Belvidere was found guilty of stabbing Marlon Malli in his back and ribs on December 3, 2008.
Bagnuolo was convicted of one count of Armed Violence and two counts of Aggravated Battery by Boone County State’s Attorney Michelle Courier’s office on June 17, 2009.
Bagnuolo’s next court date is August 7, 2009, for sentencing. The armed Violence charge is a class X felony with a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.
