The incident happened about 8:15 Monday night.
Eighteen-year-old Anthony Taylor and 17-year-old Amanda Jenkins, both from Rockford, are charged with armed robbery.
They're being held on $50,000 bond, but police say the investigation continues.
They're now looking for a 3rd suspect.
