Job Satisfaction in America

By  |

A recent survey finds that nearly one in four American workers say they're dissatisfied with their jobs, a 20 percent increase over a similar survey in 2001.

In addition, six out of ten workers plan to leave their jobs for other pursuits in the next two years. The improving economy may be to blame.

Experts say there's a feeling of confidence among job seekers that comes with economic stability.
