The Better Business Bureau is warning us tonight about an extended auto warranty company not providing what they promise. Spokespeople say they've received 1200 complaints and more than 33,000 inquiries about US Fidelis. Consumers say even though they have Fidelis' plan, they still wind up paying thousands of dollars more for uncovered repairs. The BBB recommends if looking for an extended auto warranty, get a contract with all terms and conditions explained clearly, and make sure it's not the same as the manufacturer warranty.
