Gov. Blagojevich Steps Up War Against Esctasy

The battle against ecstasy and methamphetamine has been stepped up. It's called "Project X."

Gov. Rod Blagojevich will launch the $2.5 million program in the next few weeks. The goal is to combat the use of these club drugs.

Nearly 15,000 ecstasy pills were submitted to Illinois crime labs last year. That's up from just 419 in 1998.
