Four students in the stateline area are visionaries of sorts. Junior Achievement of the Rock River Valley asked students to write essays or color pictures about what they expected the Rockford area to be like in 20 years. The winners include 2nd grader Sofie Brown and 4th grader Chris Robinson from Rolling Green. Both received a $100 savings bond for their thoughts on "Rockford in 20".
Max Radakovitz of Spectrum School received a personal computer and four passes to the Clock Towers soon-to-open waterpark. And Hononegah High senior Alan Barnhart won a $2000 scholarship for college.
