The winds will be blowing some special power to a new plant being built in Beloit. Potato chip maker Kettle Foods plans to use renewable wind energy to help cut down on the amount of carbon dioxide emitted in the air.
The company has been eco-friendly in the past at its main plant on the west coast where it uses solar energy and bio-diesel fuel.
