At least 30 people are injured after a fence falls at the Bud Billiken post parade celebration in Chicago.
Early reports indicate spectators getting ready for a concert in Washington Park pushed forward causing the fence close the stage to give way.
Witnesses say people started falling on top of one another, some were stepped on, while others passed out because they couldn't breathe.
Most of the victims suffered from asthma attacks, heat exhaustion, as well as bumps and bruises. So far, none of their injuries are life threatening.
