A 23-year-old man was shot twice; once in the chest, once in the thigh. The shooting happened around 8:30 Thursday night outside 100 South Henrietta.
The victim was able to get himself to Rockford Memorial Hospital, but police say he has potential life-threatening injuries.
His name is not being released at this time. As for the shooter, police say they have a good idea who he is. It's now a matter of finding him. They have found the car he drove from the scene. Police are not releasing his name either.
