In an event called "Celebration on the Hill" sponsored by the american cancer society. Cancer advocates are pushing for laws to build more awareness about the disease.
In fact, one area cancer survivor says more funding is needed for cancer research, because 1 in every 3 women may be diagonsed with the disease.
