FBI: No One Charged in Diverted Chicago Flight

An F-B-I spokeswoman today says the issue has been resolved and nobody will be charged.

American Airlines Flight 55 originated in Manchester, England. The Boeing 767 was carrying 167 passengers and 12 crew members when it was diverted at the request of the Transportation Security Administration.

Passengers were questioned after being taken off the plane, which was searched by bomb-detection dogs.

The incident was one of seven that disrupted U-S flights Friday.
