What is the significance of the forthcoming union elections? Is there still an early buyout offer on the table for all workers? What benefits does it include?

Both, Titan and Local 745, neglected to mention that union elections are forthcoming, and this comes after Mr. Taylor has attempted, unsuccessfully, to breech the contract 14 times.
