The state of Illinois is launching a drive to encourage residents to sign up for the All Kids health care program before the new school year begins.
Gov. Rod Blagojevich will be at the Chicago Children’s Museum Monday to kick off the statewide Back-to-School All Kids campaign.
The governor's office says more than 1,300 schools and 600 libraries will be part of the outreach effort.
All Kids is designed to make health insurance available to all uninsured children in Illinois. The program includes doctor visits, prescription drugs and vision and dental care.
