West Nile strikes in the Stateline again. A batch of mosquitos collected at the Pearl City Water Treatment Plant tested positive for the virus. This is the fourth batch in stephenson county to have West Nile. Three dead birds have been found with the disease. But no human cases have been confirmed in the county.
