A DeKalb County high school teacher turns himself in after being accused of inappropriately touching a female student.
Sheriff's Deputies say 51-year-old Matthew Wilson was arrested yesterday after a near month investigation into his actions at Somonauk High School, where he teaches agriculture. Somonauk is about 25 miles south of DeKalb. Wilson is charged with unlawful restraint and battery. He posted a five-thousand dollar bond. No word if he's still employed at the school.

none of u people have even seen or know Will. he was the best teacher/2nd father. i know that he didnt do it because the girl that said he did tried to get me expelled for some more Bull S*** because i was about to tell her info because i went under cover to get the facts. she did it because she got a F on her midterm and she wanted to get him back i have it on tape recorder of every thing she said. she had claimed that i had a corn knife in my car and i was going to cut her head off. ive been kicked out of that school the whole 4 years of high school. now their trying to get rid of the AGG dept. so they can get a foot ball field. workmen needs to get a life and grow up and stop using the school facaculty as her minions she is ruining the school. when i went in front of the school board miss workmen was the only person who voted me to get expelled. that proves that she's crazy and the girl had been turned in to the office for having a 8 inch fishing knife and she got suspened for1 day

I've known Wil for the majority of my life and grew up with his kids. I have NEVER felt threatened while being around him. He's an honest man who cares about the community! It makes me sick to think there are people relying on information from the media for news on this subject. The media is false and will fabricate on just about anything to make their story heard. Why don't you people talk to the students of Somonauk School...they'll tell you the truth!
