A 20-year-old Hononegah High School alum has been killed. Laramie police say Justin Geiger is one of three people found dead in a home near the University of Wyoming campus Sunday. Geiger was a student there. Laramie Police Commander Dale Stalder says the deaths happened at a small party attended by the three and another person who was slightly hurt. Stalder says all four knew each other and alcohol was involved. He says several different kinds of weapons were used, and he characterized the incident as "a very violent criminal act." Stalder says specifics aren't being released while investigators continue to piece together what happened.
Police say all three died violent deaths. A fourth person in the house suffered superficial wounds and called for police. Investigators say it may have been a murder and attempted-suicide.
Geiger wore number 6 for the Hononegah Indian football team. He graduated with the class of 2005.
19-year-old Amber Carlson of Denver and 20-year-old Adam Towler of Laramie, Wyoming were the other two murder victims.
