I got my card, activated it, than it tells me I have a balance of $0.00 dollars. how long till i get my money? Please let me know what to do?

If you have a card ... just go into any bank and withdraw all the money on it... 1 time fee of .95 cents

I'm trying to find out the balance on my debit card. I went to the website that was supposed to be help give you the balance on your debit card but that website did not give me any information on how to check the balance on the card. Is there any other info on how to find the balance on my card. Thank you!
