Technology continues to make our world smaller, and thanks to the University of Illinois it will bring soldiers and their families closer.
On July 11 and 12, "U of I" is offering families the ability to video conference their loved ones at two camps in Iraq, Camp Alisod and camp Taji.
There are 144 positions available on a first come, first serve basis. The university tried a test run in December in Champaign and it was a homerun for families.
