Victim's Family Offers Reward
According to the Freeport Journal Standard, The family of a Shannon man who was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Sept. 27 is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the driver who initially struck the victim and fled the scene.
