ROCHELLE (WIFR) -- Police think they have three people responsible for a string of Wal-Mart thefts throughout the Stateline.
Jesus Garcia, 33, Diana Garcia, 27, and Melisa Lazcano, 20, are all in the Ogle County Jail facing felony theft charges. Rochelle Police say the three left the Rochelle Wal-mart on Wednesday with several thousand dollars of unpaid merchandise. Police believe the three are also responsible for a theft at the same Wal-Mart two weeks ago, as well as other similar thefts throughout northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
