Attack on Iraq

More than a dozen soldiers from the 101st airborne have been wounded by an apparent attack from within.

Three grenades were tossed into several tents at Camp Pennsylvania in the Kuwaiti desert and now a sergeant with the 101st is the chief suspect. Some inside the 101st say the soldier went missing shortly before the attack and was discovered hiding in a bunker nearby.

In Iraq, the massive bombing of Baghdad continued on Saturday. Five hundred cruise missiles were launched in just one day. In Basra, allied forces were met with some artillery and machine gun fire, but are hoping to negotiate an Iraqi surrender.

And while the troops continue their plunge into Iraq, the pentagon remains optimistic on the final outcome.
