For the first time in the plant's history, workers are needed to operate a third shift.
Workplace, a staffing firm, is providing employees for two major sub-plants who supply parts to DaimlerChrysler. ArvinMeritor will supply suspension modules and Collins and Aikman provide bumpers. Together the two companies need 118 temp-to-hires for the third shift that starts production on June 19.
