A 78-year-old wife hits her 78-year-old husband. It happend in Rockford Thursday just before 3 O'Clock in the 4200 block of Ahlstrand Drive. The wife was backing her car out of the driveway and hit her husband. He was seriously injured and was taken to Rockford Memorial Hospital. No more information at this time.
