Gas Leak Forces Evacuation on Kishwaukee
A gas leak in Rockford forces dozens of people to evacuate this morning, but officials tell us everything has now been secured.

A gas leak in Rockford forces dozens of people to evacuate this morning, but officials tell us everything has now been secured. The Rockford fire department district chief says construction crews working on road repairs ruptured a gas line in the 2200 block of Kishwaukee. About 30-people and several businesses were evacuated. Nicor rushed to the scene and quickly secured the area.
