ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Rockford Police say they've arrested a heroin dealer on the city's west side.
20-year-old Brashawn Barfield was arrested yesterday evening at a home on Bayliss. Officers say they found heroin and cash inside.
Barfield is also on parole for attempted robbery.
She's being held in the Winnebago County Jail without bond.
