While Mother Nature is forcing many to test their survival skills a little 11-month-old boy has been undergoing test after test after test to fight to breath.
Jeremy Law was born with a traumatic brain injury and was diagnosed with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy. Jeremy depends on machines to survive. At this benefit anyone who came out was doing their part to help get Jeremy to Chicago for a special oxygen treatment.
Family and friends held a benefit at Harmony Singing Society on 7th Street. If you couldn’t make it to that event then drop off donations at any Amcore bank. A fund has been set up in the name of Jeremy Law HIE Benefit Fund.
