Proposed Concealed Carry Changes
Right now Illinois and Wisconsin are the only two states in the U.S. that entirely outlaw citizens carrying concealed firearms. But two board members are pushing a proposal to change that, starting with Winnebago County.

why do we have to have some backward states that allow curtain rights for all,and redefine rights of otheres?the right to self protection is a death threat in illinois and wisconsin from gov.s like doyle.protect the criminals and damn the honost citizen to hell.gov.doyles statement to the ccw law,i know whats best for my state,and to carry a weapon for self defense makes no sense to me.criminals in wis.have a right to self preservation and the honost tax payers are dogs in my opinions!while the sheeple keep me in office,i will make sure no criminals will be harmed by any of my tax paying subordinates while they ha,live in wisconsin!gov.doyles fighting words.......power to the criminal elements,death to honost people!no right to carry for protection,to hell with that and the citizen sheeple!

i heard the story of a semi-auto going full for about 5 or so secs befor it was stopped.now the courts of that imfomus state wants to persecute.....i mean wants to railroad.....that is condem,well you get the idea,mistakes by actual crimminals is an esscusable wrong,(penilty not enforced)honost hardware failure,distroy a mans life,just a non criminal.isnt the justice family the fairest in this land?justice is no longer blind,just laidback for criminals,but strait back hard on people who make an honost mistake or somthing out of controle not of there doing.justice blind,deaf and dumb downed for carrier criminals only,tax payers exempt from that policy!

wussconsin decided that dieing at the hands of gov.doyles fellons and taking as many people who want to carry to the grave with them as possible!wisconsin is a liberal dem.state with ties to curruption since the state was founded in the mid 1880's.if people who live in states that protect there citizens,dont move to wisconsin,diing at the hands of gov.doyles criminals will be easy!our officals dont give a damn!!!

What would the very legislators, in Illinois, that have 24/7 tax payer "ARMED" protection, do if the said tax payers voted out the funds to pay for their protection. Why are their live's more important than the life of any other citizen of Illinois ? Thomas Jefferson; " A government that fears an armed populace is a government to be feared". Cheif Justice John Marshall; " A law repugnant to the Constitution is void". Adlof Hilter; "When you control the guns, you control the people".

if you are a excop you get to live gun carry free zone.if you are a govenore with protection rights,you get a carry a gun free pass.if you are a citizen of wussconsin,and a honost tax payer,you get dead!people like wussconsins gov.doyle want to see people in this state die,it makes him and people who think alike very happy and rich in the knowlage only the police and higher elected need only survive!the people in wussconsin will never fight for the rightto carry,they rather complain about a shooting they might have stopped.please,for you'r own safety,stay away from states like wussconsin if you want to live.unless you are a excop or a high paid elected offical.this is no joke.move here and you will some day die!

if you're not satisfied with your elected officials, don't whine, VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE! it's your fault these gun grabbing career politicians are allowed to remain in office term after term. Wake up and fight to take your state back one county at a time if necessary.

Concel gun carry is a great idea and if possible I would sign up for the fee, a training class and a permit ! The fee another way for the city to make money !

The Second Ammendment which is part of the Bill of Rights of all citizens already grants the right to all US Citizens to carry a concealed firearm. All those laws passed by States, Counties and municipalities against the right to bear arms, are illegal.

What a freedom the Second Amendment to our Constitution affords the citizens of our great nation. That is protecting oneself, their family, and their property from criminal activity and a tyrannical government. The overwhelming majority of the states in our country have pro-concealed carry laws, as they should. When Adolf Hitler was rising to power in Germany, at the top of his list was disarming German citizens completely because he could never complete his pathetic plan of total takeover otherwise. Get that Illinois and Wisconsin residents? Our politicians don't. We need to change that, and Winnebago County is a wonderful place to start. This proposal has my utmost support as a tax paying, law abiding, and contributing member of this state and county. Let's go Illinois. I was born here, raised here, been all over the world, but will die here because I love where I'm from. There are many more like me. The least our politicians could do is give us our right to libery back!

I have the FLA CCW which is good in 35 other states. Went through an NRA class and paid $117 to the state of FLA. For a cash strapped state like this, shouldn't we look at this as a way of generating revenue? The ancillary benefit would be to lower costs (something pols never talk about) by reducing crime? - "I carry a gun because a cop is too heavy"

Florida was the first state to issue carry permits. At the end of the first year Florida cut their crime with guns in half. The same year Chicago crime with guns doubled. Criminals do not wish to face people who can shoot back. I will not go to Chicago because I will not go where people shoot at me and I am not allowed to defend myself.

Then I believe in the goodwill of the people in our state to take back our streets from the thugs and would be killer, and rapists

I lived in Kansas City Mi when they passed the right to carry law, and the crime rate dropped. How many police officers carry when their not on the clock - all of them- why because they feel safer.
