Student's Phone Dialed 911 But Got No Response, Was Then Murdered
It turns out that a University of Wisconsin-Madison student tried to call 911 on her cell phone as she was about to be murdered. But the dispatcher couldn't get any answer on the phone and no police were sent to try to see what was wrong.
