The city of Lake Charles, Louisiana has a friend in the city of Belvidere.
The Mural city's leaders are organizing a community wide effort to assist victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Lake Charles is hosting 15,000 refugees and needs non-perishable food, toiletries, medical and first aid supplies, and baby items.
