More than 800 pounds of turkey, and almost a year of planning fed nearly 900 at Court Street Methodist Church.
Donations for those in need are significantly down from previous years, as the demand for donations is much higher.
It's the reason why a growing number of volunteers are willing to chip in and help out.
People like frank young have worked to help feed thanksgiving meals to the needy and lonely for three years.
And it's not just the food those in need come for. It's the fellowship.
What starts as a place to eat, turns into a place where people can come together, and understand.
