Forty-thousand citizens in Wisconsin won't be voting on this primary election day.

"ACLU attorney Renee Crawford says the current state law has a disproportionate impact on blacks" Not to mention the impact these "blacks" so lovingly gave to their victims. These "blacks" don't deserve anything.
