A massive 15 foot wheelchair was at a park in Rockford Sunday in order to symbolize the injuries caused by medical negligence.

The Center for Justice and Democracy is urging legislators to vote against caps for lawsuits. Right now lawmakers are considering putting a dollar amount on how much patients can receive.

Illinois lawmakers had better get busy or they'll end the legislative session with little to brag about when they go home to face us. Little more than the approval of a new state budget is expected. That would be a major accomplishment in given Illinois' woeful finances.
