If visions of Girl Scout cookies have been dancing in your head, it won't be hard to take care of that craving.
As of 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon about 5,000 Girl Scouts turned into cookie representatives. This year's theme is “Making Forever Memories.”
There are no new products this year, but a relatively new favorite called Piñatas are back. The number one seller is Thin Mints and the runner up is the Carmel deLites.
With such popular choices cookie sales continue to bring in more and more money each year. Girl Scout cookie orders will be taken from January 2 to the 16th. The cookies will be in your hands between February 4 and February 20.
Each box costs $3.50. The money benefits troops activities and Girl Scout programs.
