While most nutritionists say Olive Oil is probably healthier than butter it may not be as good for us as Fish Oil or Canola Oil. They're both higher in omega three which is the heart benefiting oil. Plus, Olive Oil's way more saturated in fat then the other two.
Either way experts say, one of the most important things to remember, to much of anything is a bad thing. "Oil is not the enemy, it's the amount you use that's gonna make a difference on your waistline."
So no matter what we choose, we should remember to use it in moderation.
