Keeping the elderly safe and in touch is the aim of the 9-1-1 Emergency Cell Phone project.
The Boone County Council on aging is now accepting donations of used cell phones in working condition to provide older adults who have medical problems a way to contact help. The program is sponsored by 'TRIAD'
