The Illinois Health Department is lifting all restriction on who can get flu vaccines.
The restrictions originally stemmed from a nationwide vaccine shortage back in October. Until now those at highest risk of complications from the flu were the only people able to get a shot.
If you're interested in getting a flu shot, contact the Winnebago County Health Department or the health department in your county.
