Rockford police are investigating a rollover accident early this afternoon that sent a 22 year old woman and her 3 year old son to the hospital.
Witnesses say a woman lost control of her vehicle after her tire became lodged on the inside of a newly constructed curb.
Her car than flipped several times before coming to rest on a lawn on north Chelsea. The extent of the injuries of both the driver and her son are said not to be life threatening.
