Family Held at Gunpoint on Rockford's West Side

Rockford police are looking for three men who forced their way into a home on the city's west side.

Police say the men who were all armed with guns entered the home in the 800 block of Buckbee Street around 9 p.m. Monday night and held the family at gunpoint while demanding cash. The men then fled on foot with jewelry, keys and a cell phone. No one in the home was hurt.

The first suspect is described as a black man, 29 to 39 years old, 6’0”, 180 pounds last seen wearing all black clothes.

The second suspect is a black man, 29 to 30 years old, 6’0” and 160 pounds, and the third suspect is described as a black man with a light complexion, 29 to 30 years, 6’3” and 240 pounds last seen wearing blue checkered pants.
