Janesville Teen Arrested for Child Pornography
A Janesville teen is arrested on charges of child pornography.

JANESVILLE (WIFR) -- A 19-year old Janesville man is facing several charges after police find more than 30 images of child pornography on his computer.
Joseph Frank Jr. was arrested at his home in the 400 block of South Harmony Drive in Janesville, Tuesday.
He was charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and was released on bond.
Frank is scheduled to appear in court on September 28th.

released? i hope he is being monitored around the clock. children are @ risk. bond never should have been set for this individual.

ok, so you may have a story...he is 19...did he have photo's of 17 year old girls? or 6 to 10 yr old kids? they are both ''porn''. do you know? do you care? its just great to even have a ''story''?your idea of new's reporting is ''porn''.
